I was just running through this week and surprised to find that I had such a good loss. I’ve been following the rules and paying attention so I guess that always helps.

    Sorry you are having a crappy week, but you still did wonderful! 4.4 lbs is great!! I’m at 30 lbs since pre-op, or 23 since surgery, that is 8.5 weeks for me. You are inspirational!

    Hope you have a better week! Congrats on the new job! I start a new job (temp-to-perm) on Tuesday. I hope new job and the routine will help me.
