After I posted my 25 weeks post-op Lap-Band video yesterday I was asked a lot of questions about the type of foods and exercise I’m doing. Admitting, 9.3 lbs loss in a single week is huge. But I wasn’t do anything that I wasn’t doing at the very start of my journey. Or what I talked about in my video, What Am I Eating?
But there are a few minor changes and some new foods I have found along the way. So, I’ve decided to share it again and have made a new video about the types of foods I eat, a run down of a normal eating day for me, and the workout routine that I have. I hope it’s helpful!
