It’s been awhile since I’ve done an update. And I’m back now and committing to doing weekly video updates; and when the mood strikes, random posts here. So, here it is:

Post-Op Lap-Band 7 Months

Many people have been wondering what’s going on and what is next for me. Understandable since it’s been quite awhile since I’ve made a video. And though this was made a few days ago, I’m just now getting it up on my blog. Hope this answers some questions and I’ll be making a post that explains more.

Food & Exercise

After I posted my 25 weeks post-op Lap-Band video yesterday I was asked a lot of questions about the type of foods and exercise I’m doing. Admitting, 9.3 lbs loss in a single week is huge. But I wasn’t do anything that I wasn’t doing at the very start of my journey. Or what I talked about in my video, What Am I Eating?

But there are a few minor changes and some new foods I have found along the way. So, I’ve decided to share it again and have made a new video about the types of foods I eat, a run down of a normal eating day for me, and the workout routine that I have. I hope it’s helpful!

What an incredible week. The old me is gone… again and with luck, for good. And the new me is back and on fire!
